Overclocking Multiple Headless GPUs with Rivatuner?

I'm hoping there is a simple solution that I've overlooked, but here's my problem:
I have (3) identical 8800gt

Only 1 is connected to a monitor.
All 3 of them are folding properly right now, (Windows XP) without VGA dummies

Rivatuner will only allow me to driver-level overclock the card connected to a monitor.
For the other two cards, it detects them properly, but when I click "Enable Driver-Level Overclocking" and press Apply, the box resets to unchecked, and everything gets greyed out. Also worth mentioning, the shader clock slider is absent, as is the "Link Clocks" option.

I suspect that connecting the other cards to monitors will solve this problem, but I don't want to do that. I am prepared to build VGA dummies, but I want to be sure that will work.

Any ideas?
 
You gotta fake them with VGA dummies for Riva to play nice...

 
Did you extend the desktop across all video cards? I have a Win XP box with dual GPU clients and no monitors or VGA terminators at all, yet there's full OC functionality with RT and full processing power from the clients.

 
I did both. First, I extended the cards, then the VGA dummies did the trick. They were fun to make! :)

 
Yeah I assume you had to reboot as well... that with teh dummies tend to do it...

Glad it worked for ya... I need to make a few more for one of my systems... I perma Oc'd the cards in the gpu bios... but I'd like them to more easily come up as active, versus me having to plug them into kvm's temporarily to get them to come alive.
