Overclocking Killed My Raid?

While using the nvtune program that came with my a8n-sli board the computer restarted itself a few time, no problem I thought. However after one reboot windows wouldn't start. So I reset the cmos and rebooted, same thing happened. Dammit, looks like it's killed windows. oh well, stuck in the xp disk, and tried to repair - blue screen, something about ntfs.exe.

So after reflashing the bios the same thing happens. Okay, didn't want to do this - trash the raid (0) and create a new set. Restart and everything's okay.

Anyone had any problems like this? Is OC and raid a bad idea? Anyone got any idea what I should do now?

Guesses ur RAID is over 2 SATA's, and guesses they aren't locked, so ur overclocks piss off ur drives ;) Look into how to lock ur board, if you can.
 
Yeah, that's right. I didn't lock them so that could be it. I don't really understand what happened but I'll look into locking the drives.

if you didnt lock your drives thats pretty much gauranteed to be the casue of your problem
