Overclocking is [H]ard...

so I've been trying to OC my X2 5600+ for a while now and have never been able to get even a small overclock to run stable... so I was looking for a bit of a rundown on how this should be done based on my specific bios because I read all this stuff about voltages and such and when I look at my bios nothing really jumps out at me... and i should clarify... my goal is really only to get it up to about 3GHz... but i cant even get it running stable with a FSB of 202... so im assuming im doing something wrong because thats ridiculous... and temperature doesnt appear to be an issue since i put the geminII on it the temp dropped 10C on average...
