Is it even possible to overclock from the bios the speed of the FSB,or change the multiplier?
If so please tell me how.I will use air cooling
 
Um, we need just a little bit more info. What mobo are you using, ram, etc.

stock mobo's usually don't let you oc so depending on what you have, you might be outta luck.

I have original INTEL mobo,775 socket,800Mhz FSB,1Gb kingston(single) DDR SDRAM(3-3-3-8)
