overclocking i5 750

Anyone have basic guid or info on overclocking the i5 750 cpu.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

also when testing your overclock use linx run 25 for basic stable and then run 50 to ensure for total system stable.

also here is link for bsod codes this is a guide which will show you each bsod will have a number at the end and this will website will tell you what you need to increase
