When someone says 2-3-3-8 in my mobo I have

1T/2T Memory Timing
Tcl
Trcd
Tras
Trp

Which one do they refer to?

Also in HTT multipliar, like if i set to 5x and fsb is 200, that will be 1000mhz, does this relate to memory? DDR500? If not which setting relates to memory.

in 2-3-3-8:

tcl = cas latency = 2
trcd = ras to cas delay = first 3
trp = ras precharge/delay = second 3
tras = cycle time = 8

1T/2T is the command rate. never ever run at 2T if you don't have to

HT link multi has nothing to do with memory speed.
