Overclocking help, won't boot

Here are my specs:
Intel P4c 2.4GHz
Abit IC7
1GB Kingston HyperX PC4000

I bought some new memory and was overclocking and was going to try to get back up to 3.2GHz like I used before. I had it going at 3.0GHz just fine with default CAS setting and voltages. I bumped the RAM up to 260MHz and the CPU core to 1.575, DRAM to 2.65, and CAS to 2.5-7-4-4. Now when I boot it sits at the screen with all of the CPu crap and stuff. It stops where it is listing the RAM settings so I know it's that. I can't enter the BIOS to change it back so what do I do now? Thanks I really need help.
 
Ok I found that I need to reset the CMOS like I thought but wasn't really sure how. Now that it boots again I'mmtrying to boot at 260MHz but can't. I'm trying:

260MHz, Bootstrap: PSB800, 1:1, AGP Fixed, Core 1.625v, DRAM 2.8v, timings 2.5-7-3-3

What should I try and change? Can someone explain the timings or the CPU:RAM Ratio?
