Has anyone figured out a decent way to perform such a task? ATI Tool apparently doesn't work with my card, it crashes my video display if I even boot ATI Tool...

Any programs that anyone has found?

P.S. Catalyst doesn't allow me to, it says it's already at it's highest clock, IT LIES! Also, I'm running XP not Vista.
