Overclocking Gfx card

Ok i want to overclock my graphics card but i am having problems. I am using my old gfx card (sapphire X700) from my old pc, i have installed it into my new pc with all the drivers and everything but when i installed ATI tool it didnt pick up the graphics card, the core and mem clocks were at 0. i then tried TRIXX software and when i ran that it said that it can only be used with sapphire card. but my card is a sapphire card! I would install the cd that came with the card but i cant find it.

anyone got any ideas to help?

i hav v8.2 and 6.4 for the catalyst control thing.

everything install fine, and it shows up in device manager right? (And you might want to ask in Video Cards about this, instead of here)x
