System as follows:

3500+ 90nm @ (when OC'd)
DDR500 Overclockers ram (not junk) 512mb x2
Asus A8N SLI Delux Bios 1.06

Settings:

HTT 280 Multiplyer 9 2520Mhz effective
HT 4
CPU Voltages 1.5V-1.55V
Ram Voltages 2.7-2.85V

Ram timings:
DDR333 Max (4:3)
CAS 2.5
RAS to CAS 3
TRAS 8
RAS Precharge 3
TRC 10
3 more settings in the asus bios below TRC, left at auto

Ok now symptom. I set the overclock, save bios, computer Posts, loads windows, games and benchmarks fine. If i shut down, or restart the computer, it will hang at the Asus intro screen. Twice now as well windows has become permanently corrupted. This isnt exactly a big deal as its a clean HD that im using just for the purpous of finding a stable OC before i make my home on it, but i'v had to re-install windows a good 3 times now due to errors that im assuming were caused by the memory. Errors include LSASS load failure, and then rebooting windows flashing BSOD for 1 second and auto rebooting which happened on two seperate occasions. Message displayed was memory error, physical memory dump etc..which i dealt with very briefly on the previous intel system.

I have increase and lowered voltages, gone up to as much as 2.9 on the memory and as high as 1.55 on the proc. Changed the HT to 3, and lowered the mutli to 8, niether of which helped, computer would still hang at the same area. Heat is a non issue. Anyone notice any problems with my settings or know what would cause this? Any help/suggestions appriciated. CPU seems to be very flexible for OC, just having problems with the ram settings i assume. I find it odd since the frequency never registered over 480effective when its rated for 500 stock. Thanks in advance.
