I have great things about the

p6td deluxe
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produ...1403&cm_re=p6td_deluxe-_-13-131-403-_-Product

Which i was dead set on getting till I got an email with a coupon to make this close to the same price

P6X58D Premium
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produ...1610-Index-_-IntelMotherboards-_-13131614-L0C

I have no idea what are the differences or if one is better for overclocking than the other. Any suggestions? Other than sata 6 and usb3 are there any differences taht would factor into overclocking?

As for components I have:
corsair dominator 1600mhz 7cas
core i7 930 (2.8ghz)

I already have a soundcard... so thats not important at all.

Overclocking wise they should be about the same. I went with the P6TD Deluxe because the first two x16 slots have extra space between them and that's great for SLI because it lets the cards breath much better. You can't go wrong with either one.

I went with the P6X58D premium and my i7 930 overclock went very easily. My only problem with it is that the motherboard cutout on my Cooler Master HAF 922 doesn't match up well with the location of the cpu chip, so Istill have to remove the motherboard to change cooler brackets. But that may be true of the other ASUS motherboards as well.
