I was wondering if this was ever discussed since my search lead to nothing.

Does 3dmark crashing mean that my o/c is unstable?

I have my 2.8 o/c to 3.37 and my temps are perfectly fine , the video card is stock , except that 3dmark runs almost all the way through and then crashes to the desktop... :eek:

Im no expert on this, but I think if it goes to teh desktop then it isn't your OC, try memtest86 or prime 95 and see if you get any errors. If you don't then I think it is just your 3dmark, just re-install it.
 
well 3dmark did work before that .. the error it gives me is

Faulting application 3dmark05.exe, version 1.1.0.0, faulting module unknown, version 0.0.0.0, fault address 0x00000000.

I will be testing the memory before I head back to uni. I hope something is wrong so i can get it exchanged :D and maybe o/c a lot better
