Overclocking an IGP320 laptop..

Okay, I have an HP ze4560 laptop, AXP 2500+ Mobile,IGP320 chipset. Is there any software tool, similar to the SoftFSB program for the desktop CPUs, that will help me in overclocking this CPU?

Gotta worry about extra heat in a notebook.

And no program that I know of. You can't do ANYTHING in an HP bios, either...
 
You may be able to use the softFSB program, but you need to know what kind of PLL you have on the board. I do agree with icthus13, any extra heat in a notebook is bad. very bad.
 
i have an emachines m5310, i believe both notebooks are made by the oem arima so they are somewhat similar. mine has an igp320 chipset also and the only thing i was able to overclock on it was the onboard video from about ~150mhz to 205mhz. it only give like 50 extra points in 3dmarks01, which doesnt help because the thing still only scores around a 2000. i wouldnt try overclocking that, my emachines needs to be blown out with compressed air every 4-5 months because the dust accumulation on the heatsinks and fans is enough to make it overheat and shutdown. if you REALLY want to overclock it, i recommend taking it apart and reapplying the heatsink with some AS5 or something better than the stock goop, then lookup instructions on unlocking the voltages and changing the maximum/startup multiplier.

also, i used this program http://cbid.amdclub.ru/ to lower the voltage on my cpu down to 0.925v to get a little extra battery life. it is capable of changing the multiplier too but it can only change it to the max that is allowed cause of the lock on the cpu. if you unlock the max multiplier you should be able to overclock.
