Overclocking an Alienware laptop???

My buddy is about to bring his Alienware laptop over and he is wanting me to help him overclock it...

I don't know much about laptops other than that I bought my wife one and it keeps her from trying to highjack my gaming computer. :)

It's over a year old and the only thing I know about it is that it's got an Intel Core 2 duo.

Is this a good idea?
 
If the temps are under control then you should be fine overclocking it. Your sig shows that you know about oc'ing so just treat it like a desktop.
 
Open it up, clean it out, and use some good thermal grease. I do this to pretty much everything to lower the temp.
