Overclocking AMD X2 AM2 3800+ voltage problem

I got this to overclocked to 2.5 but when I tried to clocked it to 2.55 the cpu v goes up to 1.455 on idle, but if it was 2.5 when it is idle the voltage goes down to 1.111. I do have Cool and Quiet on but I was wondering why it doesnt kick in when i clocked it to 2.55 or above?

CnQ is known for messing around with your overclock... Are you just adding more FSB to go from 2.5 to 2.55?

I kept the multiplier at Auto and moved the HTT up to 250 and set my DRR2 800 to 667 and my mobo is A8N32 SLI Deluxe if that help.
