Are there any resources on overclocking an A4-5300 (or anything close)? I'm having trouble even finding the max temperature. So far I'm at 3.9ghz running Prime95 with a max socket temp of 48c and core temps of 35c. That seems awfully low so I would love to throw some more voltage at it and see how far I can get it. As I said above, I can't really find any recommended max voltage/temps so I don't know how far I can push it.

Guess I'll be the pioneer here...

AMD A4-5300 4.8ghz
Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO heatsink w/ 120mm dirty old Yate Loon + Rosewill 120mm
GIGABYTE GA-F2A88XM-HD3 FM2+
Antec Earthwatts EA-380D 380w
Kingston HyperX Blu KHX1600C9AD3B1/2G
Rosewill Challenger USB
Fans - (2 x 120mm 40cfm on heatsink, 1 x 120mm stock antec 25cfm fan, 1 x 120mm Rosewill 50cfm)

This is my HTPC build and I just wanted to see how much I could stretch out of it. Compared to my 8350, this A4-5300 overclocks very easily.

The Gigabyte F2A88XM has next to no overclocking settings.

FSB: 140 (max)
Multiplier: 34 (max)
Ram Multiplier: 13.3
Ram speed: 1876mhz, 12-13-13-33-45
NB Frequency: 2250mhz

Ram voltage: 1.52
CPU Voltage: 1.52 (CPUZ, 100% load)
LLC for CPU and NB: Extreme

Room temperature: 62f (basement)
CPU socket: 45c (max)
CPU Core: 33c (max)
GPU Diode: 14c (max)
Motherboard: 22c (max)

This has been tested for 24hours on Prime95 blend. Running at 4.8ghz is a 40% overclock over the stock 3.4ghz. I think the suggested max temp is 70c socket so I have plenty of safe overhead.

I did not see any documentation on overclocking this chip so hopefully this can help those in my position who didn't buy this to be a powerhouse but still want to squeeze a bit extra out of it.
