I'm kinda new at this overclocking buisness. Here are my components:

MB: ASUS A8N-Sli deluxe
CPU: AMD 64 3000+ (939)
HS: CoolerMaster Hyper 6 with Thermaltake 80mm 75cfm fan
RAM: Corsair XMS Dual DDR 512mbx2 PC3200XLPRO
HD: Western Digi 160GB 7200RPM
Case/PSU: Apire xnavigator (500 Watts)
GPU: Leadtek 6600GT TDH

What would your expeirience be with settings I should start out trying to overclock with on these components?

Also what would be the best free benchmarking application?
