Overclocking a watercooled rig

Okay, I just finished my first watercooled build.

I have the CPU (i7 960), the GPU(285Gtx), and the little mobo giblets cooled on a Feser 480 radiator.

I wanted to know what programs I would need to overclock the CPU and GPU, and see the temps, etc.

Also, what kind of speeds do you think I'll be able to get with this kind of setup?

You should be able to overclock in your BIOS depending on your motherboard. Use Real Temp to monitor your temperatures. I like Intel Burn Test for stress testing, but I've heard it sometimes has problems with i7s. Depending on what kind of motherboard, RAM, etc. you have, it would not be surprising to see speeds above 4 GHz. For the GPU you can use Rivatuner or Ntune. I like furmark to stress test and view temps for it. Good luck with everything!
 
The ULTIMATE test of your OC stability is to run WCG, period.

Prime95, Intel Burn Test and LinPack are nothing. Run WCG stable at 100% usage and you have a good overclock.
