Sorry if this has been covered before, but I would appreciate it if someone would point me in the right direction to overclocking my nVidia GeForece 4 Ti 4600 by PNY. I am fairly new to the overclocking scene.

Thanks alot!

Look for coolbits registry edit, I have asked this question before and been told not to expect much, and sadlly I didnt get much.

I had a ti4600 back in the day ;) It was awful on overclocking, I couldn't get more then like 5 to 10mhz on the core and about the same on the ram :( Now, the 4200's and 4400's could make it up to the 4600 speeds... but, the 4600 didn't do much more then stock, it was a visiontek, I think they own pny and are the same cards. It sucks.... hey, I've got a 9700pro here from Tyan with hardware monitoring and a wrap around blue heatsink. 256bit, I got this card to replace my ti4600, was really happy even though I spent $360 on the card back then it was a nice hop from the ti4600 giving me the first chance to do some AA and AF with taking a big performance hit....Anyway, if your interested PM me for a price.

I have an eVGA gf4 4600, and I use rivatuner to o/c it. True, it does not o/c as well as the 4200, but I still am at 335/702 stable. I also am running a high end w/c system, though. On air i got 319/702.

I used coolbits myself but notice the trend here?

They don't overclock worth a damn!
