overclocking a cpu without asus's help

basicly i used ai booster to overclock my amd x2 5200+ to 2.97 ghz i wanted to take a small step up to 3ghz anyone have a easy guide on how to do this?
 
It's such a small step, you could probably just bump up the FSB a couple notches.
