Overclocking a 7950

hey guys, im new to the Forum. i have a Powercolor HD7950 PCs+ and i tried using Afterburner to overclock it and it doesnt let me pass more than 1100Mhz :( and i turned up my Memory to 1400Mhz... but i'm disapointed i cant push it further, any ideas guys?
