Overclocking 3000+ barton

I want to overclock my System. I have a NF7-S V2.0 with amd xp 3000+ barton with Jet 7 heatsink. How high should I be able to overclock with that setup and what should I set my multiplier and voltage settings to. Here are the rest of my specs

1 x 512mb Geil pc3200 ddr400 ultra (2-6-3-3) (want to get another 512 for dual channel)
2x120 8mb HD
9800 pro 425/365 w/ thermaltake giant III
400w PSU
