Overclocking 3.0 CGHz

If I have an Asus P4P800 Deluxe motherboard and Crucial DDR400 512M ram x 2, can I overclock the P4 3.0CGHz cpu to 3.2 standard simply from the BIOS?
 
you can raise the front side bus so that ur computer is running at 3.2ghz, but its going to be a little faster than a 3.2ghz because of the higher fsb.
but your ram isnt going to overclock much.
