my friend has a 2500+ on a K7n2 Delta MSI Mobo. Well, we have the CPU voltage set to some kind of auto thing, I don't know if that's the way it should be, but I manually set his AGP thing to it's default setting and then I brought it up to 3200+ speeds, how High should I be able to get it? and Should I just allow the mobo to decide voltage automatically?

No, automatic setting sets the voltage to stock/default of 1.65, leave the AGP voltage on auto, if you plan on going higher than 3200+ speeds you would need to up the Vcore, otherwise auto/stock voltage should do 3200+ speeds fine
