I have managed after some farting around to overclock my 3200 winnie and was wondering is this the right way i have done it.

2.4 Ghz 10x240
Ram divider 5/3 (1 gig Twinmos dual channel pc 3200)
1.5 volts on vcore
running 33 idle 40-43 full load.

Before this success i had random reboots not realising that at my other ratio the memory was running at same FSB as CPU :rolleyes:
 
Maybe should have been a bit more clear about my question. Is using a 5:3 ram divider what i need to do I know i have OC'd successfully now but maybe there is a better way to achieve the same results.

Any help appreciated
 
Did you try increasing the VDIMM to try to improve stability at the 1:1 RAM ratio? That might work. But the performance of systems with AMD64 CPUs is not really hurt much by running a RAM divider. So even if you were running 1:1, you may not see much more performance than you have now.

But in general, you are OCing fine! :)
