What are the latest and greatest 1440p overclockable monitors out there?

I really want the new Asus Rog Swift monitor but I may consider something else for much cheaper if it can get 120hz. The Asus monitor looks nice but $800 is just ridiculous. Price gouging at it's best. A fair price would be $600 but what can you do.

Gsync is a $200 additional cost to this. It isnt gouging its cutting edge display tech out first.
