Overclock Settings Keep Reseting

Hey im new to the overclocking world but im having a few issues. I have got my i5 750 on a Gigabyte P55-UD4 running at 3.8GHz quite cool and stable. So having no issues at all there.

My problem is that every so often I seem to be booting up with the default settings or it being slightly underclocked. For example, I booted up last night to notice my cpu was running at 2.4 GHz (where stock is 2.66)

Any ideas what I might be doing wrong?
