Overclock resetting itself? GA-P35-DS3R

I'm having this problem that sometimes my overclock simply resets itself to default. When does this happen? It usually happens when I cut off the power from the power supply for example to change a video card or stuff like that, it does not happen when I turn it off and on or restart it. I have recently changed the motherboard battery and the BIOS time and whatnot does not get lost, I do not understand why this happens with the overclock though, it's running super stable. I have the lastest BIOS for it.

Any ideas?
 
That's not an uncommon issue with the Gigabyte P35 boards. I have a couple of GA-P35-DS3L's and experience that on occasion.
 
Pissing me off. :( I'm moving away from the USA and the prices there are freaking expensive... I might simply upgrade my mobo I guess when I sell my car to something better? But I don't feel like upgrading unless I'm going for a Core i7
