For starters here is my config
Barton 2500 @ 3200 speeds
Currently at 1.75 v core
11 x 200
1 gig of pc3500 Kingston Hyper X
Epox 8rda3+
Custom Watercooling 1/2 id 2 120 mm on the rad, running at
35 idle 40 load.

The problem is my system is not very stable at 3200 speeds. When I try to watch movies in media player my pc reboots unexpectedly and it also reboots while playing any games for a period of time. I try to up the voltage and play with the fsb but I still get the same problem. Althogh it doesnt crash while running Prime 95. Any one have any ideas?
 
What are your mem timings and voltage? Do you have the latest or the best known bios for your motherboard?

What is the vcore when loaded, does it fluctuate at all and go below 1.75v? What kind of power supply?
