Overclock not stable

Hey,

Following problem, it's been alrdy like around 1 month since i got my Sandybridge system and ye how i mentioned my Overclock doesn't feel stable and i get RAM errors/blue screens when i'm playing a game etc. Before i OC'd my system i tested it with prime95 and everything was fine/temps we're fine aswell. But ye i changed my OS to Windows XP SP3 32bit(ye i know it's not good, but i needed it), and i changed the HDD mode to IDE aswell since i couldnt install Windows XP with AHCI mode on, and i've got 4GB RAM aswell.

My setup:

PSU ATX 650 Watt, CORSAIR 650TX, 80Plus
GFX CARD ATI HD4850 512mb&256bit - for now, keeping it from old PC

I've written down the RAM error if it matters, but i don't think it's fully correct what i have written: "The instruction at "0x13e59a82" referenced at "0xa46f0e6f64". The memory could not be read." - something like that, the numbers are not fully correct i think. Oh and sometimes when i'm in game, playing css - my pc might just stop my sound would just cut off to 1 sound and it would just repeat the same and after some dark screen i just get a blue screen later on.

So yeh, i use my PC maily for playing CSS(Counter Strike Source) with loads fps and ye PC, like half of the time it's on on 100% usage(lets say about 2-4 hours a day it's on 100%).

Should i do a RAM test for about an hour or something like that? I've just tried to run Prime95 and i can't even run it anymore, i get the "Don't send error" straight after running it.

Few other things to mention, sometimes when i first boot my PC it just like loads up, but the screen doesn't go on, after 2nd time of rr'ing it, it works. Sometimes when i just RR my PC it just shut downs instead of restarting it. I checked my temps aswell they're about 35(prime not on), oh and btw my PC is near the heating thing so sometimes it's a little bit hotter in the room, but i would't get an RAM error if it would be just too hot? PC would shutdown instead?

Oh and my OC settings in BIOS:

So ye can any1 help me out to get a stable OC for 4.5ghz, which settings should i maybe change up there? And ye how to test it afterwards for the stability.

Well if it's a RAM error, then I don't think it's to do with your overclock. Unless you've changed the baseclock of the cpu which affects your RAM speed. I'd pretty much recommned you stick to the default baseclock of 100mhz. To test RAM, i suggest you run Memtest86+ overnight, I did 7 passes before I woke up.

I don't have the same mobo as you, but I set my vcore to 1.34 in the BIOS. VCCIO to 1.11v, multiplier 45, spectum spread off. Those are the important bits.

I think you need to do 15 loops of Intel burner on HIGH as a first call. Then run either Prime95 small FFT or Blend for 4+hrs or overnight. Personally, I found leaving my rig folding overnight picked up problems that Prime95 did not.
