Overclock/messed up settings cause Explorer to stutter

EDIT: Must have been something that was loading with my PC, cause I eliminated all my startup programs and everything was A.O.K

Alright, I've got a wierd one here.
ONLY Explorer.exe stalls.... It consumes WAY more than normal and when I'm browsing through my files the cursor and computer stutter, as in lock up then unlock.

I've also noticed that the same stall like thing happens when I minimize a window.

I'm using the specs in the sig
I think I messed some settings up with my DFI NF4 Ultra.
