Overclock Help Needed

Hello, I am new to Overclocking.

System Specs:
P6T Motherboard
X58 Chipset
Intel i7 920
Standard stock cooling
5GB BalistiX RAM

Settings I have tried via BIOS:
AI Overclock Tuner = Manual
BCLK Frequency = 160
DRAM Frequency = 1604
CPU Voltage = 1.225
QPI Voltage = 1.35
DRAM Bus Voltage = 1.65
SpeedStep = Disabled
PCI-E Frequency = 100
UCLK Frequency = Auto

With those settings, running RealTemp, and Prime95, the temp. jumps almost immediately to the 90's-99c. So I reverted back to default BIOS settings.

Default Settings:
Idle temp.: 57-60
Prime95 (Blend, 8 threads): 80-87

Memory: http://b.imagehost.org/0222/memss.jpg
SPD: http://d.imagehost.org/0275/spdss.jpg

I know I probably have to upgrade cooling for the CPU so I would like to know what you all would suggest in terms of the best (and cheapest, if possible, but not necessary, for intel i7 920) and anything else.

If more information is needed, please ask.

Thanks in advance.

Ok, yeah, I wouldn't have bothered trying to overclock with the stock cooler. Geeze.

If you are on a budget, maybe check out the Hyper 212+ or the Cogage TRUE Spirit.

I myself use the Cogage TRUE Spirit and see high temps of around 70C under prime95 (80C under IBT). Idle temps are around 30C.

Anyway, that's something to get you started. I don't know if anything better in the low end has come out recently.

I checked eBay for Cogage and found 0 results, whoa. Also, it seems as though Cogage's website doesn't sell in North America? When I click on that, it does nothing.

If possible, from the information above in my original post, can someone point me out to a few possibilities for a good Heatsink+Fan for Overclocking on www.++++.com (it would be 1366 socket, intel i7 920) (Price doesn't matter).

Oh one thing you should know about the Cogage True Spirit is that it now comes with a bolt through kit (much better than the old push pin style mounting system) but this does require that you have access to the back of your motherboard, which will mean removing your motherboard from your case unless you have an access panel (most cases don't).
