Overclock emachines 3000+??

I want to overclock the proc on my eMachines T3092 without adding any fans/heatsinks, etc.
This is an XP 3000+ with a NForce 2 board (stock eMachines). There is a setting in th4 advance CMOS setup under FSB frequency, which has 3 options:
- disable (default)
- .50%
- 1.0%
I am assuming this will overclock??? Any help is appreciated
