So I've been getting these freezing problems for a long time. I've been assuming they were related to the board not being stable with 4 DIMM's populated of 1GB G.skill ram. To remedy the crashing caused by the ram i had to bump up the NB voltage to 1.30v(1.25 stock) so it's pumping out quite a bit of heat. Now, my computer runs stable when its running bone stock, but even a small bump in FSB will eventually cause my pc to crash after about ~4-5 hours of use.
This particular motherboard is passively cooled with a heat pipe, now my question is would the excessive NB heat be causing it to crash? I usually get about 5 hours of solid use before it freezes up on me, but i can run 3 hours of IBT and it comes back 100% every time.
Picture of motherboard for reference
