relax mem-timings, lock PCI/AGP, increase FBS by ~10MHz, testing w/ Prime95 Torture Test for 4 hrs inbetween each OC to check for stability, no errors=stable=push farther. Once it craps out, start pushing w/ 1MHz more, until you can't go any farther. Once you've reached the limit, start tightening up your RAM timings (again, testing w/ Prime95 TortureTest for stability), once you're done, leave it TortureTesting overnight, no errors = good job.
