Over Clocking..

google

i use rivertuner, its works great, but im sure there is a "better" solution.

why thank you kind sir what frequencies shoudl i run each at? i heard somewhere i can get my ti4200 to a ti4600 with flying colors

Depends on the cooling, My ti4200 can get to 275(could go higher, I just figured out when I lapped the heatsink it was not flat, so it's not making 100% contact with the core)/583 before locking up occurs....stock cooling, only because me ambient temp is around 54F.
Bump it up 5mhz at a time, bench it with 3dmark01, look for wierd things like artifacts(little blocks of color) etc...stuff you wouldn't normaly see...when you see that stuff back it down 5-10MHZ
