I have a customer who wants to sync his calendar, tasks and contacts to 3 other pcs in his office and (optionally) his home pc. He does not want to sync his email as it is confidential (he is a lawyer.) But he wants to sync his calendar, contacts, and tasks to his 3 secretarys pcs.

I looked at a few options and most seemed really expensive ($44/month +) anyone have any other software choices I should look into?

He uses (don't laugh) aol pop mail. I am working on converting him to his domain names mail but its going to be a process, so lets assume AOL pop mail now.

Popmail I'm not sure of a way to do it.

However if you move him over to hosted exchange you can share out his calendar and contacts. Hosted exchange is pretty cheap these days.

Edit:

I have run into a lot of people that use AOL in business environments, nothing pisses me off more than to log into a PC and see AOL crap on there

+1 for Exchange

I also believe Gmail + google calendar has options to sync these three things as well.

i have been waiting to try this product out. also I have used http://www.forwardamerica.com/ for AOL to Domain email, clients love it.
