What is the best way to synch Outlook between a desktop (at work) and a laptop (home/on the go machine)? The e-mails can be left on the server if that's the most efficient way. But, the other part that I'm looking for is a way to synch the calander, tesks, tec. that are setup and in Outlook from one PC to the laptop.
Is there a free way to do this? Is there a software package that will do this? Do you need to have a mail server setup for it? Right now the this e-mail address is on a server that is not in our control. I'd appreciate any help/suggestions.
