Outlook, spellcheck in signatures

Im trying to set up a signature or a letterhead in MS outlook 2003.

what i want is my company logo at the top of the page
empty space for the body of the message and then at the bottom my contact info etc

Dear sirs,

blah blah blah

Regards,

john doe
phone: 555-5555
fax: 666-6666


i wanna type where is says BLAH BLAH BLAH.

but stupid outlook turns off spellchecking in signatures. is there any way i can turn it back on?
or alternatively i can use letterhead, but it doesnt work for replies. can i turn on letter head for a reply?
