Outlook Mailing List, How?

I'm helping organize a paintball club at school and last week we had over 350 people sign up. The problem we're running into now is the mailing list. We've been able to get all the contacts into outlook (very time consuming coming from handwritten sheets) and want to create a mailing list such that the recipients dont see 350 emails in the TO header of the email. Can Outlook handle such a mailing list? Or is there some online service that will do what we need? Thanks.

The easiest way to do this is to set up the list of recipients as a Group in your Contacts. Then when you send out an email to the group, use the BCC: field which will hide everyone's email from view. If BCC: isn't visibile under your CC: field, enable it in the Views menu.
