Outlook emails & firefox bookmarks - where?

My main C Drive failed. I had my personal files saved elsewhere but I lost all my emails and bookmarks. I'm scanning the drive with get data back and have a file structure layout.

Where are MS outlook stored emails kept? How can I import the raw data?

Where does firefox keep bookmarks?

Depending on how your mail was kept, do a search for *.pst files. That will be everything from Outlook in one file, that you can import into a new install of Outlook.

Yea, for firefox do a search for "bookmarks.html" and for Outlook do a search for " .pst".

FF book marks are under your own profile's firefox folder. It's usually called bookmark.htm adn there should be at least on back up of that in the same folder called bookmarks.bak with daily backups at the "bookmark backup" folder.

Can't help on outlook as I use portable thunderbird. all I need to back up is a single folder.
