Outlook auto complete

I was trying to pull my auto complete from Outlook since im going to be rebuilding my Vista box from work. We can normaly get the .NKS file under application data(in a XP box). I found this about Vista having junctions folders. http://www.jimmah.com/vista/Security/junctions.aspx
My question is. Is there a way to pull that .NKS file in vista?
