Outlook 2010 Issue - Suggested Contacts (with solution)

I didn't see this posted before, so here goes. Outlook 2010 will create a new contacts list, called Suggested Contacts. If you have your contacts syncing to any smartphone, you'll notice all of these new contacts filling up your phone's contact list.

I have an iPhone 3GS that syncs over-the-air with my Exchange server, and this annoyed the hell out of me.
