Outlook 2007 Drafts Folder

I have a user that has a number indication beside the drafts folder (Drafts (8)) . Click on the folder and it's empty. I can save a draft and the number will change but nothing is in the folder. If I log into her account through Web Access, it looks fine and I can view the drafts. It has to be a workstation issue. I'm fairly certain that /cleanviews switch will not correct it but I have not tried it yet. If I remember correctly that switch simply resets the custom views to default.

Anyone have this issue before?
 
Okay, so in Web Access I deleted all the drafts. Then went back into Outlook and successfully saved and can view the drafts however it does not show saved templates. I'm ready to unistall office 2007 and install 2010.....
