Outlook 2003 .pst issues

I have a client that had a roadrunner email account setup with the password saved. They wanted to have a password setup on it and the user got confused when the box came up and asked for the old password, new password, and to verify the password and put in random information right in front of my co-worker, who was working on the issue at the time. Now, I am stuck fixing it.

The google was of little assistance. I have the pst19upg.exe file and went through the scanpst.exe and pst19upg.exe password stripping procedure. Unfortunately, they have Outlook 2003 and the .pst was setup in the correct newer format and pst19upg.exe does not work.

Does anyone have any freeware utilities that might cover this?

So the exported .pst file is encrypted and password locked? You'll probably have to look at a linux distro like Knoppix or something that has built in office cracking tools. Make a live disk and when you launch it, just check out the bookmarks in firefox for all the instructions for the shell tools.
