Outdoor Security Camera with PTZ?

Anyone know of any decent not so expensive outdoor security cameras with PTZ(Pan/Tilt/Zoom)?
 
I have one on order but have heard good things about Reolink. Traditionally I am a HIKvision fan.
 
I got the Reolink 423 yesterday. My first impressions are very good. Heck I even got it working with my HIKvision NVR with ONVIF. PTZ works through my HIKvison app.

I will try to review it/play around with it more when I get time.

Overall very much worth $230
