I still have an Audigy 1 and was wondering if it's worth my while to upgrade it at all? I purchased a logitech 5.1 set and i dont think this card truly supports it, but it's not a deal breaker at the moment. One thing I was wondering is if any of the new cards will eliminate skipping when web browsing/scrolling and such, and are there any new cards on the horizon i should wait for?
 
The Audigy was reportedly buggy. If anything I would recommend an Audigy 2. I'd like to say Audigy 4, but I haven't tried one yet.
