Holy shit, seriously, am I the only one who used PCMark05 on these forums? Somebody please prove me wrong...
 
The reason you arent getting alot of people to post it , is because benchmarks are pretty useless.

Some Generated Number what does that mean? Nothing. If I walked up to someone and told them I have a fast CPU, you want to know how fast? 4500 in pc mark 05... they would be like W T F mate? Then Give me a rock bottom + peoples elbow.

I wouldnt worry about it. Doesnt really mean a whole lot.

Just delete it. If your rig does what you need ok, then its pointless.
 
all you amd guys are about to be embarrased by p4 users.... you cant come close to a p4 in pcmark05 (unless you have a vapochill and an fx55) and this is coming out of the mouth of a current AMD user

yes for AMD64 single core cpus, but doesn't matter benchmarking is about getting the most out of what you got - competing against yourself and similar systems as well

AMD64 X2 should be up there with P4s somewhat though

managed to move 2 places up on page 1 for AMD64 category

Yes, I know, you're right, but isn't this the [H]ardforum? I'm posting threads that are related to computers.. while I have the right to start this thread, let people say their scores if they want to. Why do you think cornelious0_0 started these 3DMark05 threads?
 
Wow, my computer must be so fast that it screwed up the calculation.

I get 1049 with the system in my sig :eek: Everything else in the whole wide world benchmarks fine ...

i think this release is fucked up because it refuses to give me a score with my stepdads celery D system

Yeah I ran it again and got 856 or something. Clearly, it's screwed up. I think Anandtech had it refuse to give a score on an overclocked 4200+.
 
It would seem that Raptors push the score up quite considerably. :rolleyes:

Its not the raptors that pushed my score up, I got somethin 100 times faster than raptors ;)
