I am getting a new system that will be used primarily for gaming. It will be very tricked out with a quad-core cpu and dual GPUs so I am trying to get maximum performance out of my games.

But then there is the question of what OS to use. I don't want to use XP because I know that Vista will be the norm very soon and I figure I will make use of my DX10 vid cards. Should I go with Vista 32-bit or the 64-bit version? I have read there are some issues with drivers in the 64-bit version but I want 4gb of RAM in my system.

Any thoughts?

I'm not going to tell you which OS to use, it's up to you.. a few thoughts though....

Make sure that there are signed drivers available for all of your hardware if you go 64bit.. and if you really want 4g of memory.. you really have no choice but 64bit...
