Origin, cant download/install bf3, help??

My brother pre-ordered bf3 off origin but he cant seem to install it. When he does it just downloads, then keeps on going and wont install. Heres a picture he sent me, so far he went to 12.9gb when the download is only 11.9...

he's tried restarting his computer & origin and restaring the dl and nothing, any ideas?

tell ea support, that happened to someone else and they got a free game as well.

thanks, i was actually just coming to say EA resolved the issue. They have released a beta client you can op into that fixes this very problem. Just opted him in for it and it downloaded the game no problems and he is now happily playing away.
